Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you confirm you are at least 16 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, for all activity under your account, and for the accuracy of the content you submit. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

DreamVault provides reflective, probabilistic AI interpretations intended to assist personal exploration. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be treated as factual diagnosis or guidance. You are solely responsible for any decisions you take based on AI output.

Your content. You retain all rights to dreams, voice journals and notes you submit. You grant DreamVault a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process and display this content solely to operate the Service for you.

Our platform. The DreamVault name, brand, software, models, designs and aggregated analytics are owned by DreamVault Intelligence and protected by intellectual property laws.

Premium tiers unlock additional capacity (e.g. extended interpretations, Dream Cinema renders, advanced timelines). Features may evolve; we will not materially reduce a paid tier you currently hold without notice.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

• Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate any person.
• Submit content that is illegal, infringing, or sexually exploitative of minors.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its security.
• Use the Service to build a competing AI model or dataset.
• Bypass quotas, share credentials, or resell access without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material or repeated violations of these Terms, for security risks, or where required by law. You may terminate at any time from the Account Deletion Center.

DreamVault is an intelligence and reflection tool. It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, spiritual or other professional advice. If you are in crisis or need professional support, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamVault Intelligence is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or goodwill.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to DreamVault Intelligence's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith; unresolved disputes will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
