How DreamVault Uses AI

DreamVault uses large language and transcription models to read your dream entries, surface recurring symbols and emotions, build timelines, and offer reflective interpretations through the Oracle.

It works probabilistically — it predicts likely meanings and patterns based on what you've written and broad symbolic knowledge.

• AI output is generated probabilistically and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or contradictory.
• Interpretations are reflective prompts — not facts, predictions, or diagnoses.
• Symbol meanings are culturally and personally variable; your context matters more than any model's confidence.
• The model has no memory of you outside what your vault and settings explicitly share with it.

DreamVault assists reflection. It does not replace human judgment.

The most important interpreter of your dream is you. Trusted mentors, therapists, spiritual guides and your own intuition will always carry more weight than any model's response. If a reading does not resonate, set it aside — the vault is yours.

DreamVault is not a medical, psychiatric, legal, financial or spiritual professional. For decisions in any of those domains, please consult a qualified human practitioner. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency or mental-health services.

Your inputs are transmitted over encrypted channels to vetted model providers, processed transiently to return a response, and stored back in your private vault. We do not authorize providers to retain your content for training, and we never sell your data.

You can disable "AI memory" in Settings to prevent the Oracle from referencing past patterns.

• Sensitive content can be masked and biometrically locked.
• Moderation reviews flagged content; you can appeal any action.
• You can pause AI features at any time from your Profile.
